PETS! (a tutorial)

THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT BUT EVERYONE IS ASKING....soooo...

Get 3 quests from Amy (Pet seller) in Port of the Winds:

Delicious Racoon Kababs
(Materials obtained by Quest at Barkeep in traitor and port)
Or ask around / buy in market if lvl is too high to obtain said item.

Request from an Assistant
Wander the Wailing Hills killing stuffs in search of claws (past Canyons of Oblivion)

Another kidnapping
Save Pets from jelly fish! (any jellifish should work...try hooka mission map any lvl)

Turn in 3...Get a New Quest:

Get Pet Hatchling Egg
(by level)

Lvl 40
Monster count of 400

You will then be granted an egg (Inventory > Cash / Right Click to hatch)

Your hatchling will become a random pet: Puppy, Kitty, or Birdy (with or without stats).

Ooh, I had a pet-like question.

Is there currently any way to add stats to our pets?
Or equipping things like weapons and such to them?

IDK....if there is supposed to be:

"Pets cannot be the target of crafting using either enchanting or soulcrafting."

But ppl in thq forums were talking about "breaking pets" so maybe they forgot to make so we couldn't enchant them

Now I got a +6 health +2 aimrate kitty on my gladiator =D

the aim-rate is definitely good. anyone knows what's the highest aim rate u can get on a lvl 40 pet?

I have an Int kitty with Hp or Mp regen, can't remember which. It is expired now tho. So now it is decomposing and stinking up my backpack.
